Authorization and Affiliation
Dilts Strategy Group is pleased to announce the possibility for certified Practitioners of Success Factor Modeling to become DSG/SFM* Authorized Copyright Users. The Copyright Authorization Package includes current recordings and electronic versions of the Training Materials (manuals and PowerPoint slides) for the three Success Factor Modeling* Certification Programs. Authorized Users may then apply to have their projects approved for the DSG Affiliation Program.
Copyright Authorization
Qualified recipients receive permission to use Dilts Strategy Group Copyrighted Materials for a limited amount of time, currently fixed at either two or three years. Under the terms of this authorization, DSG Copyrighted Materials are only to be used for in-person training purposes in Success Factor Modeling or other trainings incorporating this material.
Requirements

Successful completion of the relevant Certification Program for which authorization is requested (Next Generation Entrepreneur, Collective Intelligence, Conscious Leadership) |

NLP Trainer Certification, or proof of equivalent experience as a trainer |
| 3. |
Completion of the DSG Authorization Information Sheet (See Below) |
| 4. |
Signed Copyright Authorization Agreement (See Below) |

Cost
| The Copyright Authorization Package fee is $750 USD for two years or $1000 USD for three years – renewable upon expiration at a price of $750 for three years and $1000 for four years. |

Affiliation Program
Dilts Strategy Group will be accepting applications for a limited number of Affiliated Success Factor Modeling Certification Projects. Candidates for Project Affiliation must fulfill the criteria specified below. Permission to co-certify with DSG is granted on a project-by-project basis.
Requirements

Be a DSG Authorized Copyright User (see DSG Authorization requirements) who has been actively teaching SFM models and processes for at least six months (subject to Robert's discretion) |

Completion of the DSG Affiliation Information Sheet (See Below) |
| 3. |
Completion of the DSG Affiliation Proposal Form (See Below) |
| 4. |
Be a good representative of DSG and the SFM principles and approach |

Cost
| There is a fee of $200 USD payable DSG for each certificate signed by Robert Dilts
